On 21-23 November, 2009, in Riga, there was established an international
project “Signs of identity/signs of diversity”, that brought together the
three Baltic countries, three South Caucasian countries and France. Project
aimed strengthening –developing of intercultural dialog with artistic
imagination tools. Project was carried out under patronage of the UNESCO
Caucasus project.
In the end of November, in the Riga Art Academy, there was arranged a
workshop, with participation of professors and students, from 7 higher art
institutions. On behalf of the Tbilisi State Academy of Art, the
international project was participated by the Rector Giorgi Bughadze and the
student of the Faculty of Fine Art-Sopio Kiknavelidze.
